The death of Li Wenliang is so unfortunate. Who is Li Wenliang and what happened to him? This was a doctor from China who started voicing his concerns to other medical professionals back in December when this coronavirus started. He noticed several cases being admitted to the hospital who all came down with a respiratory illness that seemed like the SARS coronavirus.
He is even said the be the coronavirus whistleblower.
After his conversation with formal classmates, he was quickly approached by authorities and told to lie and say he was making false claims. Shortly after, he started showing signs and was diagnosed with the coronavirus.
Everything he was trying to warn others about is happening now. He was just trying to help.
He was right and they knew it. There are things happening and we don’t even know about it because they are being hidden and intentionally kept from us by the government.
Now, China promises a “thorough investigations” into the death of Li Wenliang. I wonder what this would look like today if this situation was handled differently and they listened to his concerns. I guess we will never know at this point.
This time last week there were 8,000 people confirmed with the coronavirus.
As of February 7, 2020, there are at least 32,000 (that we know of and who are reported). There are cases not being reported because they are dying in their homes. There are so many more with the coronavirus but they either don’t know it yet or they haven’t gone to the doctor so they are not being counted.
That is a huge increase in only one week!
Over 600 people have died.
The numbers just keep going up.
Even though most of the people with the coronavirus are not in the US,
there are enough and there are people testing positive every day.
