Ryans Story
You see, when Ryan and I got married almost 8 years ago, we both had been divorced and had kids. Needless to say, we both had debt and baggage. He had purchased a home with his ex-wife and he got the home in the divorce agreement. We lived in that home for about a year but then as our family was growing, we had to get a bigger home. We rented out that house for a few years but it was disaster after disaster. We had bills of our own and the tenants (family)who were in the rental home at the time and went a few months without paying rent so we got behind on the mortgage.
We didn’t know what to do or what our options were. We never knew we could just sell our property for what we owed so we could get out of that situation without going through foreclosure. But, that’s what happened.
It was truly devastating for him. He had worked so hard to buy that home. He took pride in the fact that he was able to buy it for his family. Now, that is the driving force behind why he is doing what he is doing.
And this is what Tommy teaches others to do as well.
